As Director I am changing the way the officer program works within the Rangers. No longer will you be granted a position just because of your level. It will be based on 3 factors. How you progress within the game. Your attitude in the guild. And how well you help other members.

Recently i have emplemented a new title and lvl tracking system for the guild to see who is active and who isnt. So u will see under title 4 digits (ex: 2230). The first 2 didgits are for the day the second 2 are for lvl that u joined.

So as it goes right now. Your title gets changed every 2 weeks to keep up to ur presnt lvl to know if ur progressing.
